Camping

Alan had a couple of days of vacation he had to use before the end of June so we decided to take the kids camping. We had a good time and other then the mosquitoes things went well. We went up to a reservoir just outside of cascade and since it was during the week it was not very busy which is always nice when camping. The kids had hot dogs but Alan and I made some delicious tin foil dinners. Surprisingly Lizzie slept the best of all of us, which was not the case last year when we went. We only have a 4 person tent so it is a bit of a squeeze. The next morning we made a delicious breakfast with eggs, bacon and potatoes. I always say the funnest part of camping for me is the food, and this trip didn't disappoint.  We didn't spend a lot of time up there the next day because we had to head down to go to the water park because Sammy had a free pass he had got from reading that we had to use. No pictures from that, but we all had a really good time. To say everyone was exhausted is an understatement. We sure had ourselves fun little stay-cation.
