We have had a crazy couple of months, but it has been very fun and thanks to my pretty good kids we have survived it. A few weeks after Halloween my mom called and begged me to come down to Utah and help with all the wedding planning. So I loaded my kids up and headed down a few weeks before Thanksgiving. Leaving Alan to fen for himself, thanks to Alan for being so supportive and going with flow. My mom was so busy with her two jobs and relief society that she had almost no time to work on the wedding. We did a lot of wedding stuff, but we also managed to fit in some fun. We went to discovery gateway and the zoo with Sara Jane and the kids she nannies for and the boys also got to do a lot of playing with their cousins. Sammy was in heaven, he sure loves his Riley, Nattie and Emma.
We went on to have a great Thanksgiving, not only was it fabulous weather, but because of all the wedding stuff we decided to just go to Tucanos for dinner so we were able to just sit back and enjoy the holiday. Everyone came over to my moms house and we made ginger bread houses.
It was good to get home after thanksgiving, even if it was only for a few weeks before we headed back down for the wedding.
